Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Merrickville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
*Award subject to final approval. Bids received: K Wilson Electric. $202,142.40, Arrow Construction. $281,883.60. The works included at the community center is the supply and installation of two new HRVs connected to the existing furnaces, including ductwork, condensate, control and power connections, and provision of new air intake and exhaust points for each HRV. The work includes provision of a new natural gas generator, gas supply to the generator, new transfer switch and electrical integration into the existing distribution. Work shall include startup, testing and adjusting of all new equipment and controls. Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc.
