Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ajax, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Stage II to the PREQUALIFIED firms only. The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified General Contractors to provide all labour, material, fuel, equipment and services necessary to complete the construction of a 3m wide multi-use path on the east side of Harwood Avenue from Bayly Street to McRae Road including mill and overlay of the curb lanes (north and southbound) from McRae Road to immediately north of Dryer Drive to remove the existing on road cycling infrastructure and to reinstate two lanes in the north and southbound directions.
