The Las Vegas Valley Water District is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms to enter into a professional services agreement to provide a comprehensive space planning evaluation for the existing administrative office buildings with the goal of providing the best utilization of the vacant building at 330 South Valley View Boulevard. Question Deadline 03/25/2024 at 10:00 AM PT Deadline to submit Questions Online. This representative will respond to questions concerning the scope of work of this RFP and the selection process for this RFP. Finalists Selection: April Finalists Oral Presentations: May, if requested by LVVWD Final Proposer Selection: May Contract Negotiations: May Award & Approval of the Final Contract(s): June/July LVVWD reserves the right to award an agreement based on objective and/or subjective evaluation criteria. This contract will be awarded on the basis of which proposal LVVWD deems best suited to fulfill the requirements of the RFP. LVVWD also reserves the right not to make an award if it is deemed that no single proposal fully meets the requirement of this RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
