The general items of work include clearing and grubbing and removal of existing turf grass and trees; removing and constructing parking lot; furnishing and installing gate; furnishing and installing outdoor fitness exercise equipment, furnishing and installing parking lot shade trees and ornamental drought tolerant planting; modifications of existing irrigation system; furnishing and installing path lights and electrical system; constructing decomposed granite walking paths; constructing concrete ADA accessible curb ramp and walkway and all other items not mentioned but indicated in the Plans and Specifications.
