Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elmsdale, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
1. Milling of existing asphalt surface. 2. Excavate existing fill materials to allow the placement of the road materials package 3. Inspect and repair any soft or deformable areas. 4. Placement of subbase, granular materials and asphalt, line painting as per the geotechnical investigation a) Work is to begin May 3, 2024. b) The completion date for this project shall be August 23, 2024. Contract Duration 3 Months A Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Tender amount and a Letter of Surety from a bonding company guaranteeing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount Security Deposits, provided by General Contractors, must be in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft Documents are available at https://www.princeedwardisland.ca/en/tenders
