As of August 28, 2024, project was awarded to Atlas-Gulf Coast, Inc. dba Atlas Foundation Repair but awarded amount is not available. Fort Bend County, Texas (hereafter referred to as the "County") seeks Sealed Proposals ("Proposals or RFP") for selection of a Contractor ("Respondent") to complete plumbing and foundation repairs for the Hobby Boys & Girls Club ("Project"), located in Houston, Texas, in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements as specified herein. Deadline for submission of questions and/or clarification is Tuesday, Jul 16, 2024 at 9:30 AM. (CST). performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total lump sum price in such form as is satisfactory by County Unit pricing required; payment will be by check.
