The project consists of the installation of specified new Kitchen Equipment at the Atlantic County Central Kitchen/Warehouse Building, located at 201 South Shore Road, (rear), Northfield, New Jersey 08225. The Base Bid work is scheduled, as indicated on the Project Architec's drawings. The Base Bid Work includes installation of a new ELECTRIC Commercial Dishwasher and other features as indicated on the Project Architect's Bid Drawings and Specifications. Project Name: FURNISH, DELIVER AND INSTALLATION OF A COMMERCIAL DISHWASHER AT THE ATLANTIC COUNTY CENTRAL KITCHEN, LOCATED AT 201 SOUTH SHORE ROAD (REAR) NORTHFIELD, NJ 08225 (BID BOND AND CONSENT OF SURETY REQUIRED) Location: ATLANTIC COUNTY 1. Disconnect, remove, and legally dispose of existing commercial Hobart Dishwasher. 2. Disconnect and remove existing "Hatco" booster water heater and return to the Owner, (Atlantic County Facilities Management.) 3. Install new Hobart CLPS76eN-BAS ELECTRICAL Conveyor Dishwasher or approved equal to existing exhaust hoods, electrical and plumbing. Install new exhaust fan to accommodate the size of new dishwasher as recommended by the manufacturer. Contractor is responsible for any rerouting of existing ductwork, electrical and plumbing. If a bidder has a direct or indirect parent entity which is publicly traded, and any person holds a 10 percent or greater beneficial interest in the publicly traded parent entity as of the last annual federal Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) or foreign equivalent filing, ownership disclosure can be met by providing links to the website(s) containing the last annual filing(s) with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission (or foreign equivalent) that contain the name and address of each person holding a 10% or greater beneficial interest in the publicly traded parent entity, along with the relevant page numbers of the filing(s) that contain the information on each such person.
