CR Number: 2107644 The University's buildings and grounds are routinely undergoing renovations, modernization upgrades, infrastructure replacements and new construction for a variety of reasons. It is the University's intent to award up to 3 backdrop/term agreement contracts to construction management firms to assist with these types of projects. Individual projects envisioned under this Backdrop/Term Agreement may range in construction value but no single individual project will exceed a construction value greater than $3,500,000. Construction delivery methods vary, depending on the scope and complexity of the project, from public bid and formal construction contract to in-house construction utilizing Union Labor and/or University staff and equipment. Typically, all construction related projects require detailed designs, drawings and specifications regardless of the construction delivery method. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 3 years The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
