Putnam County Charter School System solicits proposals from qualified vendors of Custodial Services for select schools and facilities. It is the full intent, assuming that satisfactory proposals are received, to award a contract. If an award is made it will be for a period beginning on the date of the contract July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025 at a fixed price, with the ability of Putnam County Charter School System to renew the contract for four (4) additional one year terms. A termination for convenience provision will be included. The contract must comply with O.C.G.A. 20-2-506. Renewals will be made based upon the recommendations of the authorized representatives of Putnam County Charter School System and the proposer. In case of extensions, the cost per month which was submitted in the proposer's proposal may be increased or decreased within negotiations. Locations Where Work Will Be Performed: Putnam County High School, Ag Barn, Athletic Facility, ball fields and the Putnam County Football Stadium at 140 Sparta Hwy. Copies of Proposal - Each proposal shall include One (1) original and Three (3) separately bound identical copies. Additionally, proposals are to include an electronic copy in PDF format on CD/DVD and/or USB drive. Submit proposals in a sealed envelope with proposer's name, RFP Reference, and project name clearly indicated. Failure to comply may result in rejection of proposal.
