MARTA is seeking Quoters to provide landscaping services at bus garage facilities of the Authority. The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority ("MARTA" or the "Authority") is soliciting quotes from firms to provide landscaping services for properties owned by the Authority. The services will include the cutting of grass, litter removal, trenching, edging, trimming shrubs, pruning of trees, weed removal, removal of crack weeds from parking lots, sidewalks, stairs, and areas identified under aerial structures, herbicide, mulching, aerating, fertilizing and all other necessities for proper lawn care for MARTA's MARTA Office of Facilities pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in Part 4 ("Contract") of the RFQ. All Quotations must be received by MARTA no later than the RFQ deadline set forth above. Quotes received after the RFQ deadline will not be considered/reviewed and will be rejected. Each quote submitted to MARTA will become the property of MARTA, without compensation to Quoter, for MARTA's use, in MARTA's sole discretion. Conditions placed upon a quote or exceptions to the terms of this RFQ (or the Contract) may result in MARTA deeming the quotation non-responsible. If MARTA awards a Contract pursuant to this procurement, MARTA will prepare and forward to the successful Quoter a Contract substantially in the form included in this solicitation document Any questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to MARTA's contact person, Maxine Swain, Contract Specialist via electronic mail at mswain@itsmarta.com on or before 4:59 p.m. (local time) on April 8, 2024. Questions submitted after the designated period will not be considered by MARTA. No quotation of $200,000 or more will be considered. ***Online Prebid meeting - Attendance at the pre-quote conference is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. A site visit will follow immediately after the Pre-Quote Conference at Armour Yard Rail Maintenance Facility, 500 Armour Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30324.
