The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Pavement cold milling; asphalt concrete paving; ARHM paving; fiber reinforced asphalt concrete paving; installation of traffic loops; adjustment of survey monuments, storm drain manholes, sewer manholes, sewer cleanouts, and water valves to grade; traffic control; and other items throughout the City of Irvine in accordance with the attached specifications. Depending on the amount of work orders required, the City may authorize work up to the budgeted amount, which will be adjusted annually as funding becomes available. services shall commence on July 1, 2024 Said check or bidder's bond shall be in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid The Performance and Payment Bond shall be not less than one hundred percent (100%) Liquidated damages shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per calendar day, Initial 5-year term with one additional 5-year extension option The City reserves the right, after opening bids, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, to make awards in the interest of the City, and to reject all other bids.
