Each Naics 334513 Satellite-synchronized Network Clock Shall Utilize Global Positioning Satellite (Gps) Signals for High Accuracy Time Synchronization With Accuracy Verification From Received Global Navigation Satellite Signals (Glonass). Capable of Tracking Up To 16 Satellites to Provide Time Synchronization Accuracy to Within Plus or Minus 40ns Average, and Plus or Minus 100ns Peak Accuracy to Coordinated Universal Time. The Clock Shall Include an Optional Oven-controlled Crystal Oscillator (Ocxo) For Holdover Output Upon Loss of Gps Signal Capable of Maintaining an Average Accuracy To Within Plus or Minus 5 Microseconds for 24 Hours at a Constant or Varied Temperature.
