Renovation of an educational facility in Morganfield, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Per Addendum 2 - Bid Date has been Extended A bid opening was held on April 11, 2024. No responsive bids were received. The Owner will receive sealed bids on the new bid date of May 7, 2024, at 2:00pm CT at the Board Room of the Union County Board of Education, 4500 US Highway 60 W, Morganfield, Kentucky, at which time and place bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Generally, the project consists of the replacement of the existing fire alarm system within the Middle School facility. Major divisions of work include but are not limited to: demolition; fire alarm; and electrical. Bids shall be submitted with a bid bond, payable to Union County Board of education, in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. A certified check or bank draft will be allowed in lieu of the bid bond. QA final date : by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
