Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a Company to provide repair services to rusted girts and painting at Westside Service Center located at 6727 Broadway Ave, building #6, Jacksonville, FL 32254. This includes, but is not limited to: preparation and installation of built-up Z-girts, cleaning girts, reroute and reinstallation of conduits, painting girts, etc. The Response price must include labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and rental of equipment as necessary to perform these services as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. The specifications requires that the Company performs these activities with skilled personnel in a safe and professional manner adhering to all JEA, City, County and State regulations and requirements. These specifications are not intended to supersede Federal, State, or local regulations to which the Company must comply.
