Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Woodbury, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 29, 2024, the project was awarded to Do-Right Contracting, in the amount of $202,334.** In general, work consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the following approximate items: Erosion control, earthwork, concrete paving, asphalt paving, ballfield agg. lime, fencing, site amenities, and restoration. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 03/26/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Architect in writing. Direct questions about this Project to Robert Slipka at 612.201.5949 and rslipka@wsbeng.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
