Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wales, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
2024 Wales Road Maintenance Program the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items in the approximate quantities indicated: Quantity Item 29,150 SY Crack and Spot Seal 80 EA Infrared Seamless Patching. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Wales Common Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Village of Wales. No refunds will be provided. A pre-Bid conference will not be held for this project. Question Deadline 03/25/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
