Site work and paving for a civil project in Fall Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
In general, the project consists of the construction of approximately 1,450 LF of urban asphalt street; associated sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer extensions; and the construction of a storm water detention and infiltration basin. A single prime bid will be received for the work. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. QUALIFICATIONS If requested, the apparent low bidder will be required to submit evidence of qualifications to the Owner prior to award of contract. RIGHTS RESERVED Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
