Snowflake Unified School District, #5 is issuing this RFQ seeking a qualified firm to provide CMAR Services for Construction Additions at Snowflake High School. This project is for construction of 11,256 square foot unattached classroom space addition consisting of four classrooms and two science labs. This project has been approved by Division of School Facilities (DSF) but subject to funding. Further, there is an alternate for construction of 5,000 square foot wrestling and other space given funding availability. This part of the project will be either local and/or DSF funded, subject to approval and available construction dollars. The anticipated construction funding for the entire scope of work listed is approximately $5.2 million. The two high school additions are on existing high school property and a Site Analysis drawing will be issued with Addendum #1. This is planned to be released no later than March 15, 2024.
