Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Owensboro Municipal Utilities (OMU) is requesting bids for a construction project at the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) building located at 2070 Tamarack Rd Owensboro, KY 42301. The project consists of a new TPO roof system, spray foam insulation in above soffit/exterior ceiling areas and new above ceiling mechanical units to be performed in accordance with the attached Project Technical Specification Document and Construction Drawings. OMU intends to continue work operations and occupy the building during the entire construction period, thus work will need to be appropriately scheduled to facilitate the safe continuation of normal work operations and occupancy during the entire construction period. A formal agreement shall be executed by both parties following award and before commencement of work with terms and conditions agreeable to OMU.
