The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract to provide rock, stone, and/or gravel to the City of Tuscaloosa on an as needed basis. Depending upon the project and/or application, the City will need to purchase both a limestone and/or sandstone base. The varieties and types of these materials are detailed in the Bidder's Response Table section and are most commonly purchased by the City. On occasion the City may need to purchase rock, stone, or gravel not specifically listed in this bid document. The awarded bidder shall agree to sell these unlisted varieties and types at discounts and pricing comparable to their awarded bid prices.
