Site work and paving for a civil project in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of the work, without limiting the generality thereof, shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision for: steam line excavation, sawcut bituminous layer, replace steam line, replace condensation line, addition and compaction of fill material. Replace 6" Steam pipe and 3" Condensation line from Manhole to Manhole a distance of approximately 105 ft. Roughly 150 ft. of 6" inch pipe and 150 ft. of 3" pipe, including the Expansion Loop Excavate and Remove old pipe. Weld in place New Heavy Duty pipe. Insulate pipe with Foam Glass Insulation, Remove Old Valves from Manholes Backfill and Repave the Area.
