Site work for a water / sewer project in Sycamore, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work consists of placing 18 inches of IL-DOT class A RR6 riprap on riverside of levee at the Henderson Creek site (2161 tons) and 24 inches of IL-DOT class A RR6 riprap at the Mississippi River site (398 tons). Prior to riprap being placed, 6 inches of bedding stone is to be placed at the Henderson Creek site (627 tons) and the Mississippi River site (83 tons). The Henderson Creek site is approximately 3 miles from Gladstone. The Mississippi River site is approximately 10 miles from Gladstone. Henderson County Drainage District No. 1 Repair Project. Bids are invited upon the items and quantities of work as follows: Base Bid: Work consists of placing 18 inches of IL-DOT class A RR6 riprap on riverside of levee at the Henderson Creek site (2161 tons) and 24 inches of IL-DOT class A RR6 riprap at the Mississippi River site (398 tons).
