The City of Missouri City ("CITY"), Texas is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from interested proposers who can construct a Parks and Facility Maintenance Building in accordance with Exhibit A Scope of Work and the requirements and terms and conditions specified herein. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a turnkey lump sum contract with one (1) contractor to perform the required work which has an estimated budget of $7,200,000.00.
