Renovation of the existing bathrooms at Freetown Town Hall. Every request for such interpretation should be emailed to Michael Pereira at mpereira@starckarchitects.com with the subject line to read Freetown Town Hall Bathroom Renovations. Requests for interpretations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids It is agreed that time is of the essence of this Agreement. The Contractor shall commence and prosecute the work under this Agreement upon execution hereof and shall complete the work on or before June 28, 2024
