This project involves the application of a silicone based liquid applied roofing system over existing metal roof systems. In addition to the metal roofs, a flat roof with a TPO system will also be included to have the sprayable roof coating system applied. All work shall be performed by properly trained personnel in a safe, professional, timely, and workmanlike manner. The full scope of work shall include all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to install the roofing system.
