The present work is located at the Grande-Jetee sand pit (BEX), on avenue du Castor in the Municipality of Chertsey. The area to be deforested (6.36 ha) includes the exploitable zone of the gravel pit, the pileup zone of organic matter residues and the access corridor to the gravel pit via Range-A.
