Contract renewal: 5 annual renewals Any objection to the requirements in this RFS must be filed in writing with the Purchasing Agent at least seven days before the Solicitation Opening Date, which is April 5th, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. CST. Information regarding the purchasing process, the contents of this RFS, or the Specific Requirements in Part II may be obtained from Brandon Hoffman, Telephone (512) 854-6458 or brandon.hoffman@traviscountytx.gov. When requesting information or submitting questions, please refer to the RFS number at the top of this page. If Respondent contacts any Travis County office other than the Purchasing Office regarding this RFS, the Respondent may be disqualified. Initial Term. The Initial Term of this Agreement commences upon complete execution by both Parties and continues through December 31, 2024, unless sooner terminated as provided herein. Renewal Term(s). Subject to continued funding by the Commissioners Court, this Agreement shall renew January 1, hereafter for five (5) consecutive twelve (12) month terms ending on December 31, 2029, unless sooner terminated by either Party as provided herein.
