Renovation of an educational facility in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The College of DuPage is accepting sealed bids for the Single User Restroom Renovation/Addition at the Technical Education Center (TEC) Building. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the total base bid is required for this project. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Refer to the IDOL website for current DuPage County rates. The College of DuPage is committed to the economic development of disadvantaged business enterprises; qualified Minority, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Owned Businesses are highly encouraged to participate College of DuPage Board of Trustees Reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
