The demolition work will be in high light condition and the contractor must follow the instructions of the industrial hygiene consultant. The work also consists of de-inking and supporting conduits installed in the ceiling (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and the construction of gypsum wall ends around the periphery of the premises. Start date of work: June 28, 2024 End date of work (acceptance with reservation): August 23, 2024 End date of work (acceptance without reservation): October 4, 2024 *Award is subject to final approval
