Renovation of an educational facility in Binghamton, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contract or to replace the roof of the Science Library. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Remove existing roof and skylight in its entirety. Replace with roof insulation to meet new energy codes, cover board and EPDM membrane. Raise existing roof mounted equipment to accommodate new insulation thickness. Replace door and louver in existing wall. Replace and add flashing and coping. Add roof ladder.
