This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to install a pre-engineered precast concrete foundation and all utilities for a new office building at Fort Frederick State Park. The project is located at 11361 Big Pool Road, Big Pool (Washington County), Maryland 21711. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to install a pre-engineered precast concrete foundation and all utilities for a new office building at Fort Frederick State Park. The project is located at 11361 Big Pool Road, Big Pool Washington County), Maryland 21711. The proposed project shall include but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall layout, excavate, and establish the proposed grade for the 32' x 64' office building foundation to include precast concrete crawl space walls, freeze footer, and concrete piers. . The contractor shall provide and install pre-cast concrete walls per manufacturer's specifications, to include approximately 240 LF of foundation drain tile around the perimeter of foundation walls to daylight, approximately 170 LF ofrain leaders to daylight, and approximately 100 LF offooter drain tile. . The contractor shall supply and install approximately 120 tons of #8 washed stone aggregate within the footprint ofthe proposed building, and approximately 20 tons of CR-1 aggregate on the entrance roadway. . The contractor shall provide and install approximately four (4) - 8" CMU block piers with anchor brackets. . The contractor shall supply and install approximately 12 CYs of structural fill and backfill the foundation perimeter to grade with clean stone. Removal and proper disposal of all debris offstate property.
