Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Redcliff, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The preparation and installation of a concrete sidewalk from the intersection of 6 Street SE and 8th Avenue SE, along the north side of the avenue, to the intersection of 8th Avenue SE and Mitchell Street SE. And furthermore, to prepare and install an asphalt walking path for the east side of Mitchell Street SE, at the intersection of 8th Avenue SE and Mitchell Street, South to the corner of Redcliff Way SE. The work shall cover at minimum the following: CONCRETE SIDEWALK Remove and dispose of any existing material. Form, place, and finish 108 LM of 1.2 M Wide Sidewalk, ONE 5.5 LM Lane Crossing, and Three wheelchair ramps as per Town Specifications. Pricing to include landscape repair. ASPHALT TRAIL Remove and dispose of existing material. Supply and place 150mm compacted base and 75mm Asphalt based on 492 m2. Pricing to include landscape repair. Asphalt trail to match up with Redcliff way SE Concrete Sidewalk. Deadline for Questions on RFP March 18, 2024 @ 16:00 Mountain
