The scope of work includes the addition of two ice machine rooms to an existing sprinklered storage building located at 4203 Triana Blvd,Huntsville, AL 35805. The Scope consists of adding block walls and bollards, exterior traffic doors, equipment, plumbing piping, and metal roofing. The Work includes minimal demolition of equipment removal. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the Building Exterior Refurbishment called for under this contract in a timely, A cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the City of Huntsville, Alabama, d/b/a/ Huntsville Utilities for an amount not less than 5% of the contractor's bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, will be required to accompany each contractor's bid. A performance bond, a payment bond, a maintenance bond and proof of insurance will be required prior to execution of the contract. Notice to Proceed to be issued is May 1, 2024.
