The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals to study, design, and implement major water and natural resource improvements; access and trail improvements; and park design and facility upgrades for Central and Moir Park as part of the Nine Mile Creek Corridor Renewal Project ("Project"). The City is seeking proposals for pre-design, design, public engagement, construction documents and assistance with construction administration for the Project from qualified consulting firms having specific experience in the following areas: Civil engineering related to water resources, wetland restoration, stream bank restoration,upland natural area restoration, bridge, retaining walls, boardwalk, parking lots, trail design, landscape architecture and park design.
