Site work for a water / sewer project in Gretna, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work under the proposed Project Contract shall be completed within number of working days stipulated in the Agreement for Construction Contract. The anticipated start date for the work is on or about July 1, 2024, subject to change. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Owner, All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
