This project will consist of the renovation of Hillcrest Neighborhood Playground on town-owned land on Griswold Street in the Village of Turners Falls. The playground is located at Hillcrest School, the town's only public school serving children from pre-school through Grade The work is estimated to cost $211,264. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 @@ 39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 @@26 to 27H inclusive and the federal Davis Bacon Act and shall pay the higher of the two rate The Town of Montague reserves the right to reject all proposals in the interest of sound business practices.
