Renovation of a municipal facility in Greenwood, Mississippi. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of April 26,2024, no bids were received, no information for rebid. The purpose of this notice is to solicit proposals from qualified firms and individuals to perform the work of home construction renovation at residential properties in accordance with HUD, EPA, and State guidelines Healthy Homes Renovation. The QBL shall have the opportunity to bid on individual home repair projects through December 2026. Minority- and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to submit details on this RFQ as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities for equipment, material, and/or supply needs. The purpose of this notice is to solicit details from qualified firms and individuals to develop a list of qualified providers to perform renovations and repairs to respond to health hazards within homes with funds secured through HUD to the City of Greenwood. The City of Greenwood reserves the right to reject any and all qualification submissions and to waive any informalities or irregularities. The QBL shall remain open for the entire grant period of performance.
