Scope of Work ONTC is seeking proposals for the construction and addition of a new two-story structural steel building with approximate dimensions of 32'x60'. The main floor needs to be an open-type warehouse building and the second story will consist of office space. Contractor shall design and construct this facility to an environmentally responsible manner, utilizing sustainable design concepts, systems and materials to the maximum extent practical, in order to provide a facility that minimizes adverse effects on the exterior environments, enhances the quality of the indoor environment, and minimizes consumption of energy, water, construction materials, and other resources. Demolition The Contractor will be responsible for demolition, removal, and proper disposal of structures and any contents of the stores building.
