Material and labor of roofing for the partial replacements at AGWSR High School and Middle School Contractor Network Aepa Customer Proposals Shall Be Received for Material and Labor of Roofing for the Partial Replacements at Agwsr High School and Middle School, All in Accordance With the Bidding Documents and Specifications. Any Bid Received After the Date and Time Set Forth Above, as Determined in the Sole and Complete Discretion of the School District, Shall Be Returned Unopened. All Qualified Bids Must Be Submitted on the Quotation Form Set Forth in the Bid Documents. In Addition, All Responsive Bidders Shall Furnish a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount Made Payable to the Agwsr Community School District, Ackley, Iowa, in the Case of Failure of Any Successful Bidder to Enter Into a Contract After Notification of the Acceptance of the Bid. No Bidder May Withdraw a Bid for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Opening of Bids. The School District Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids for Any Reason or for No Reason at All, to Reject Any Bids It Determines to Be Non-responsive or Non-responsible, and to Terminate Any or All of the Award of Construction Services at No Cost to the School District at Any Time Prior to Selecting the Successful Bidder. The School District Also Reserves the Right to Waive Any Irregularities or Defects in Any Bids or in the Bid Documents, in Its Sole and Complete Discretion.
