The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) is seeking statements of qualifications for Engineering Design and Construction Management Services for Cottam to Casa Parallel Pipeline. The district's Agreement, which includes its standard terms and conditions, is attached and incorporated as Exhibit A. Comments on the district's Agreement must be submitted with the design professional's statement of qualifications. Requests for changes to the Agreement language may be considered at the sole discretion of the district and if accepted, must provide demonstrable benefit to the district.
