Security Fencing & Gate Replacement, South Travis AEM CONTRACT DESCRIPTION A. Demolition of existing fencing and gates as indicated on the drawings. Clear trees, bushes and vines as indicated on the drawings, two feet of each side of fence line where fence line is on TXDOT property. When fence line borders another property line/fence line clearing to coordinated with TXDOT project manager. Minimum of 2-foot clearing on TXDOT side. Furnish and install 10.5 gauge 3" x 1/2" MaxStop Anti-Climb Panel. 72" Height- 123" width panels, cantilever and personnel gates and associated components as indicated on the drawings or approved TXDOT equal. B. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Total cost contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. Questions Due Date: Mar 8th 2024, 5:00 PM CST Contract time for the work to be completed in full will be 90 calendar days. Proposal Guaranty Check or Bid Bond: $5,000.00 Bid Opening Attendees/guests may log in 15 minutes prior to meeting. Audio will be available 5 minutes prior. All phones will be muted.
