As of this time it is unknown if when project will rebid.** The Town of Milton is seeking a contractor for the replacement of selected aging hydrants within the municipal water service area. The Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Liability insurance naming the Town as an additional insured according to the requirement of the Owner. General Liability: Each Occurrence $500,000 MED EXP (any one person) $5,000 Personal & ADV Injury $1,000,000 General Aggregate $2,000,000 Products - Comp AGG $2,000,000 All questions by prospective Bidders as to the interpretations of the Bid Form must be submitted via email to Lisa Schaeffler at lschaeffler@miltonvt.gov The contractor must be able to start work within two weeks of award and be completed by July 1st, 2024 The Town of Milton reserves the right to reject all bids received or to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Town regardless of price. Further, the Town reserves the right to add or delete items bid based upon the Town's financial position
