The City of Perryville will be accepting sealed bids to purchase and install playground equipment along with safety surfacing for Phase 2 of Lucas and Friends Backyard Adventure Playground. All bids with the attached enclosures should be sent to ATTN: City Clerk Tracy Prost, 215 North West Street, Perryville, MO 63775 and should be sealed and labeled "Sealed Bid - Phase 2 Lucas and Friends Playground." The City of Perryville hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded the opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award. Federal Land and Water Conservation Funds are being used in this project, and all relevant federal, state, and local requirements apply.
