Western Connecticut State University is seeking bid proposals for all labor and materials required to provide for the procurement of the required equipment and accessories to remove and replace the existing Mechanical Equipment for the Litchfield Hall Annex located on the Midtown Campus in Danbury, CT. Please note: The CT Department of Labor's Prevailing Wage Rates requirement shall apply to this project. Question Deadline 04/08/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Any questions or discrepancies should be submitted in writing via email, no later than WCSUs Department of Administrative Services office, located in University Hall, WCSU, 181 White Street, Danbury, CT 06810; Attn: Lisa Condon, Director of Administrative Services; e-mail: condonl@wcsu.edu. Responses to any and all inquiries shall be issued via online. The apparent lowest qualified bidder will be required to meet with the WCSU project manager (or designee) within no more than 5 calendar days of a request to meet. The meeting will be to review project scope of work, timelines and deliverables. The contractor shall bring to the meeting a summary of costs for the project (or draft Schedule of Values) to demonstrate that all aspects of the project have been addressed and are present. Note that a final, certified Schedule of Values, using AIA forms G702/G703, will be required prior to issuance of a Purchase Order. Please provide the following as part of the Bid - 10% Bid Bond. A 10% Material and Labor Bond and 10% Performance Bond are not required as part of the bid but will be required as part of the award of Contract.
