Saving Project...

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Responsible Contractors who have proper experience, equipment and qualifications are invited to bid on this work. These factors will be considered in the Award of Contract and all work will be performed under the standard regulations for construction of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Remove existing roofing: wood shakes, asphalt shingles, & underlayment to decking. o Remove any roof decking that has been damaged / deteriorated. o Remove existing gutters and downspouts. o Install new vented deck, as noted. o Install new ice and water shield at perimeters and penetrations. o Install new wood shake, asphalt shingles & premium asphalt shingle and components, as noted. o Perform masonry repairs to chimneys. o Install new copper chimney caps, pre-finished gutters, downspouts, valleys and trim where indicated. The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, Commonwealth of Kentucky, reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth may be served. There will not be a site visit meeting.
