Site work for a water / sewer project in West Monroe, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
New Drago Sanitary Sewer Force Main South 11th Street. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond prepared on the form of bid bond attached hereto, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of 5 percent of the bid. payment of all persons performing labor and/or supplying material in connection with this contract. Each bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Engineers Estimate: $300,000 Contract Time: 60 Calendar Days This project consists of the replacement of approximately 1,400-LF of 16" sanitary sewer force main along South 11th Street. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that the Bidder is properly qualified or able to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein.
