Base 1-2 (Fob)*, 1600 Tons Bituminous Construction Surface Course Fabc-1-5 (Fob)*, 100 Tons Paver Bedding*. *subject to Escalation/de-escalation. Each Bid Must Be Submitted on the Standard Proposal Form Accompanied by the Requisite Bid Bond, Surety, Checklist, Questionnaires and Affidavits as Set Forth in the Instructions to Bidders and the Bid Document Checklist. Bids Must Be Enclosed in Sealed Envelopes Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder and the Name of the Project, Addressed to the Township Clerk and Be Delivered to the Place and on or Before the Hour Named Above.
