Proposals will be received by the Franklin Township Board of Education for the Toilet Room Renovations and Alterations located in Somerset, Somerset County, New Jersey. Bids will be rendered in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4. Any questions or requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing to the Architect's office no later than March 28, 2024 by 12:00pm. The Owner and Architect have determined that only DPMC Trade Classifications listed below are deemed eligible to bid this project. C009 General Contractor/ Additions and Alterations Each bidder must deposit with their Bid, a security in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid, but in no case to exceed $20,000, in the form of a certified check or standard bid bond and subject to the conditions provided in Section B: "Instructions to Bidders". Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Chapter 127, P.L. 1975 (NJAC 17:27 Public Contracts Affirmative Action Statute) as amended from time to time, Prevailing Wage Law (NJSA 34:11-56.25 et seq.-NJAC 12:60), the American with Disabilities Act, UGG 200.326, and with any and all New Jersey Statutes not specified herein.
