Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

This project consists of upgrading customer seating for Amtrak passengers in the customer waiting area immediately adjacent to the Amtrak Ticket Office. New seating supports the Amtrak value of placing customers first while improving the value of amenities provided to our customers with consideration of their diversity and inclusivity. See attached Statement of Work for more detail. Amtrak is accepting Letters of Interest for Construction Services in support of our Waiting Room Seating Upgrades Detroit MI. Responses are to include qualification information requested/stated below and be limited to ten (10) one-sided typed pages. Amtrak, at its sole discretion and without discussion, will determine which Contractors are to be added to its short list for the forthcoming Invitation to Bid
