Demolition and remodeling of a fire / police facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call civil work for a fire station.
*Addendum 1 and 2 have been issued. Sealed bids are due April 3, 2024 by 4:00pm at Station 1 - 8501 Preston Highway where they will be opened and read aloud at the OFPD Board of Trustees special meeting. No decisions will be made at that time. Each bid package will then be reviewed and tabulated. Recommendations will then be presented to the OFPD Board of Trustees at the board meeting on April 11, 2024 at 4pm. Bid Packages are to include but not limited to: Demolition - Finishes, Walls and Cabinetry Masonry Carpentry - Framing, rough and finish carpentry, drywall hanging and insulation Electrical - Demolition, Alteration, Equipment hook-up and Lighting HVAC - Demolition, Alteration, New Systems and Ventilation Plumbing - Demolition, Alterations and New Systems Flooring - Floor Prep, Finishes, Transitions and Base Ceramic Tile - Surface Prep, Finishes and Transitions Doors & Hardware Paint - Surface Prep, Caulking and Finishes Millwork - Cabinets, Tops and Trim Acoustical Ceiling Tile - Grid, Tiles, Wall Angle and Tie Wires
